RATES

Here are my rates for photographing a listing in the Qualicum-Parksville-Nanoose Bay area

* Apartments/Townhomes/Condos - $125.00
 (including processing time)
Includes 20+ images. This shoot will take approximately 1 - 1.5 hours.


* Standard Residences - $175.00 (including processing time)
For homes up to 3000 sf, includes 25+ images. 
This shoot will take
approximately 1.5 - 2 hours.

* Large home shoot - $250.00
 (including processing time)
For homes over 3000 sf, includes 35+ images. This shoot will take
approximately 3.5 hours

* Luxury home shoot - $450.00 (including processing time)
For homes 3500 - 5000+ sf, includes twilight shots and averages, 40 - 60
images. This shoot will take 4 - 6 hours.

* Twilight images - $75.00 (including processing time)
Many homes are enhanced by those twilight images. This often requires a
second trip to the residence during evening hours. This shoot will take
approximately 1 hour.


CUSTOM AND OUT-OF-TOWN PHOTOGRAPHY AVAILABLE BY QUOTE.
A $50.00 TRAVEL FEE WILL BE APPLIED FOR HOMES OUTSIDE THE ABOVE-STATED REGIONAL AREA.
